Carlthorp School’s Board of Trustees sets policies consistent with the School’s purpose and delegates implementation to the Head of School.

The Board also ensures the fiscal stability of the School through financial oversight, and is not involved in the daily operations of the school nor in the admissions or exmissions (secondary school placement) processes.

The Board of Trustees is made up of fifteen members who represent a range of professions and diverse backgrounds. Each Trustee is a respected stakeholder at the School who understands and values our mission and culture.  Individually and collectively, this committed group shares the School’s dedication to excellence and works to shape long-term vision and planning.
